That depends on the nature of the fault and the age of your system. Panel product warranties typically cover 10–15 years; inverter warranties are usually 5–12 years depending on the manufacturer. If your system is within warranty period and the fault is a product defect, we can assist with the warranty claim process. Faults caused by storm damage, accidental damage or third-party interference are not covered under product warranties but may be covered by your home insurance.
We carry a wide range of panels and can source specific models from our suppliers. Whilst we always aim to find an exact match, if your original panels have been discontinued (which is common for systems more than 5 years old), we'll source the closest electrical equivalent and advise you on any minor performance implications.
